Where is UMB Reserve located?

UMB Reserve itself is located on Ball Arena’s event level. The private entrance is located on the southeast side of Ball Arena, nearest to 11th Street and Chopper Circle.

What is included in UMB Reserve?

Exclusive and private entry for UMB Reserve Members & guests as well hospitality including all-inclusive food, beer, wine and liquor, with upscale dining options.

Do I receive UMB Reserve amenities if I am not a member?

Guests who have a valid UMB Reserve game ticket will still have access to game day amenities such as private entry and food and beverage. Parking passes are reserved exclusively for UMB Reserve members; however, members have the capability to transfer parking passes to their guests at their leisure.

Where do I park?

Parking is included for UMB Reserve Members. Please access your parking pass by logging into your KSE Account Manager. If you are not a UMB Reserve Member and purchased your tickets there are onsite parking lots. Parking & Directions | Ball Arena

Which seats have UMB Reserve access?

All seats on the glass (Row 1 of the lower level) have UMB Reserve access, as well as Row 2 in Sections 128-146, and Rows 1-7 in Sections 102 and 148. No other seating locations are able to have UMB Reserve access.

How long is UMB Reserve open?

UMB Reserve generally opens 90 minutes before gametime, and is open until an hour after the game.

How do I access my tickets?
